# Terms of use (version 2, draft for lawyer review)

By using this project you accept these terms.

1. **Not advice.** This is not legal, financial or tax advice. It does not replace a legal will, trust or professional custody arrangement.
2. **As-is, no warranty.** The software is provided "as is", without any warranty, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
3. **No liability.** The author accepts no liability for any loss of funds, data or access, or for any dispute arising from its use.
4. **Your responsibility.** You are responsible for your own decisions. Consult qualified professionals, such as an estate lawyer, accountant or financial adviser, before relying on anything like this.
5. **Testnet and educational only.** This is an educational tool for the XRPL Testnet. Testnet XRP has no value. Mainnet use is blocked.
6. **Non-custodial; you sign.** The site never holds your keys, seeds or funds. You sign every transaction yourself in your own wallet. Signed transactions are irreversible; check every detail before you approve.
7. **Acceptable use.** You must not alter transactions prepared for other people, probe for or exploit weaknesses, interfere with the site or its hosting, impersonate the site, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Misuse may be unlawful, for example under Part 10.7 of the Criminal Code Act 1995 (Cth) and Part 6 of the Crimes Act 1900 (NSW), and may be reported to ReportCyber and police.
8. **Security reports.** Report security problems privately to xrplwill.contact@gmail.com (see SECURITY.md). Good-faith reports that follow SECURITY.md are welcome.
