# XRPL Will privacy notice Last updated: 14 October 2026. **Testnet only.** Written with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles in mind. This notice is not legal advice. **Who we are.** XRPL Will (run by B34N5x, Sydney, Australia). Contact: xrplwill.contact@gmail.com. **We collect no personal information.** There are no accounts, no email addresses, no reminder sign-ups and no forms that send data anywhere. **Public ledger data.** Wallet addresses, amounts, dates, escrow sequence numbers and transaction hashes are public data on the XRP Ledger. The site reads them from the public ledger to show you your escrows and build the claim sheet. **The sheet delivery log stays on your device.** When you make an escrow sheet or mark it as handed to an heir, a log entry (time, owner account, escrow sequence, sheet fingerprint) is saved in your own browser's storage, or in a local file if you use the command-line tool. It is never sent to us or put on the ledger. You can export it, and you can delete it by clearing this site's data in your browser (or deleting the file). **Keys and seeds.** The site never asks for, holds or stores secret keys or recovery words (seeds). Anyone asking for them is a scammer. **No selling or sharing.** We hold nothing about you to sell or share. **Emailing us.** Email is our only contact method (no phone). If you email us, we reply, keep only what's needed to answer, and delete any personal info sent unasked. **Complaints.** Contact us first at the address above; we'll reply within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC): https://www.oaic.gov.au/privacy/privacy-complaints **Changes.** This notice may change; the date at the top of the final version will show the latest update.
